"Why have I not stayed here before?! The hospitality and service-with-a-smile from every single employee speaks volumes about this Hotel. Definitely consider staying here, the food is fantastic and the chef rightly so exudes pride in the dishes she makes. Reception staff are superbly warm and friendly and waiting staff attentive and genuine. Definitely the best overall experience I have had at a hotel for a long time...all this considering I have yet to sleep in the room I will definitely be back! Well done Holiday Inn!!"

"Great location as we were based working in Manukau. Rooms were a decent size, very clean with all you expect. Very comfortable bed with options of soft and hard pillows. No electric blanket but the room heating was more than enough. Bath/shower option could be a potential hazard as the step out of the bath could be a bit steep for older people. Very large complex which goes around in a loop. Very quiet complex with hardly any outside noise and couldn't hear any road noise which was a great surprise. Fabulous reception staff who were friendly, efficient and helpful. Restaurant buffet dinner was suffice. Offered many options, slightly different to online menu but still good. Also enjoyed the continental breakfast which was delicious, recommended to me and I took full advantage of. Only took one photo of the breakfast but alot more options than what I could eat at the time. Would recommend Mangere Holiday Inn and would definitely stay again."

"Very impressed with my stay and high value for money. The good: room was spacious even with four suitcases, bathtub was deep and built for a tall person, bed and pillows were super comfy, breakfast spread was incredible, late checkout for members was most helpful as was luggage storage after checkout and before my evening flight. Bar happy hour was another perk and everyone I encountered was friendly. Lastly luggage scale in the lobby and airport shuttle for $8 were very convenient! The minor downsides: no elevators, hallways always smelled stuffy and gym equipment was out of order. Overall would recommend the Holiday Inn and will definitely be back next time I fly out of Auckland."

"Upon our arrival we were greeted, got help with our luggage and were checked in early. A room was made ready for us before normal check in time and the staff made sure it was on the ground floor to accommodate the amount of luggage and the fact that we were traveling with kids. They also gave our kids activity bags to keep them busy while we waited. We missed breakfast, but they kept what was left out for us to quickly grab something. Having the restaurant on property was nice too, because we didn’t have a vehicle, so we ordered room service and were very happy with the food taste and quality. The room was clean and comfortable, we all slept well."

"This hotel is very comfortable, the room included nice blackout blinds, and the bed was VERY comfortable. Having a teenager the WIFI was very good, which kept her from complaining. The staff was very helpful and friendly."
