It is a global rewards programme where you can earn and redeem points for stays at over 5,000 IHG® hotels worldwide as well as an array of “beyond hotel” rewards including hand-bags, phones and golf clubs. Best of all, the programme is free.
What are check in/out times?
Our check in time is 2pm. Our check out time is 11am. If you wish to extend your check out time, please contact Reception.
Where can I store my bags if I arrive early?
Your bags can be stored with Concierge until you require them.
Do you have a laundry service?
The hotel has an external laundry and dry cleaning service collection daily. We also have self-service washing machines and dryers
Is there a gym at the hotel?
Yes, the gym is located on the second floor and is open 24hrs. The hotel gym offers a range of cardio machines, weight machines and free weights.
Do you have free WiFi?
Yes, wireless and cabled internet is available in all guest rooms.
Parking & Car Rental
Do you offer car-parking in your hotel?
Yes. Two complimentary self-service car parks are available for guest use:
Car Park 1 – Daytime parking 6am – 6pm daily
Car Park 2 – Overnight and long term parking
Your room key will let you in and out of the hotel car park, simply drive up to the barrier and swipe the key card. Non-residential guests can obtain a key card from reception.

Where can I get breakfast?
Breakfast is available in Vapor Restaurant. The breakfast buffet is available from 5:00am – 10:30am daily. A continental breakfast is $25 per person or a full breakfast is $32 per person.
What time is the restaurant open?
For Breakfast, Vapor Restaurant opens from 5:00 – 10:30am.
For Lunch, Vapor Restaurant opens from 11:30 – 2:30pm.
For Dinner, Vapor Restaurant opens from 5:30 – 10:30pm.
Room Service is 24 hours.
